The Memory Foam Pet Bed utilize top quality Damask fabric. We design the beds so that they do not go to the edge of the mattress, as this makes it easier to make the bed. The polyester fiber quilted to the Damask fabric is structural grade and is .75 ounces per square foot. The magnets are attached using the hot melt process (no chemicals and no odor) and are nestled carefully in the valleys of the convoluted finger foam. The Deluxe Foam Pads incorporate a 2” hospital-grade, convoluted finger foam insert, plus the fiber, to increase comfort and utilizes 15 to 20% more hi-strength magnets.

The magnets are rated at 3950 gauss. The quilted bottom layer has a standard polyester fiber (.50 ounces per square foot) with our exclusive Non-Skid surface. The combination of structural fiber and hospital grade convoluted finger foam (for a pressure point free sleeping surface) keeps the magnets as close to you as our Premium Pad while minimizing feeling the bulk of the magnet. Our Advanced Memory (Visco) Foam Magnetic Mattress Pads bring in the new millennium using space age technology from NASA.

The 3/4" Memory Foam Pet Bed is laminated between our luxurious damask quilt and the magnets, using our state-of-the-art hot melt glue process, assures you of no dangerous chemical fumes or solvents. The memory foam maximizes your comfort by placing moldable foam between you and the magnets. Memory foam is noted for its resiliency and ability to contour to every curve of your body for comforting, even support. Another layer of 3/4", 1.5 density, 20 pound compression foam is placed under the magnets to absorb the bulk of the magnets and enhance the luxury and therapeutic benefit of our Memory Foam Pet Bed .
